Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino and betting services provided via the website suprboss.com as accessed through the project “Super Boss” (together, the “Site” and the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site and/or opens an account for the purpose of using the Services.
  • Account means a personal, non-transferable account registered in the name of a User on the Site.

  • Game means any individual game or betting product offered on the Site.
  • Bet or Wager means any sum of money or equivalent value (including bonus funds) staked by a User on a Game or event offered on the Site.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and promptly update any changes. Use of false identities or third-party details is prohibited.
  • Security of credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login details and passwords confidential and for all activity on your Account. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
  • Personal use only: Accounts are strictly for personal, non-commercial use and may not be used on behalf of or for the benefit of third parties.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the relevant Game interface. You agree not to place bets outside these limits; attempts to do so may be rejected.
  • Bet confirmation: A bet is accepted only when it is recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history or Game transaction log. If there is a discrepancy between your device and the Operator's records, the latter shall prevail.
  • Irreversibility: Once a bet has been accepted and gameplay has commenced, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled or modified by you. Any exception is at the Operator's sole discretion and subject to technical feasibility.

Gameplay Conduct and Fair Use

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour in chats, live casino environments, or when communicating with staff or other players. Harassment, hate speech, or publication of personal data of others is strictly forbidden.
  • Fair play: You must not use bots, automated systems, collusion, or any device, method, or software that gives you an unfair advantage or manipulates Games or outcomes. The Operator may void bets and close Accounts where such behaviour is detected.
  • Live casino etiquette: In live casino Games, you must follow all instructions provided by the dealer and the Game rules. Disruptive behaviour, spamming, or advertising other services in chat may result in chat restrictions or Account suspension.

Errors, Malfunctions and Game Outcomes

  • Technical errors: In the event of a technical failure, interruption, or malfunction of a Game or the underlying software, all bets and payouts affected by the error may be declared void. Where possible, balances will be restored to their state immediately prior to the error.
  • RNG and provider rules: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (“RNGs”) and/or live game providers. The Game rules and provider terms, as presented within each Game, form part of these Terms and govern the determination of outcomes.
  • Result corrections: If a Game or payout is settled incorrectly due to human or technical error, the Operator may correct the settlement, reclaim overpaid amounts from your Account, or adjust your balance accordingly.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

  • Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments, or other promotions to Users of Super Boss, subject to these Terms and any specific promotional rules.

  • One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus (including free spins or cashback) may apply to your Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot generally be combined or stacked.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Until such requirements are met, associated funds may be locked for withdrawal.

Cancellation and Forfeiture

  • Voluntary cancellation: You may request the cancellation of an active Bonus, in which case the Bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be removed, while your real-money balance remains available.
  • Breach-related forfeiture: If you breach these Terms or the specific rules of a promotion, the Operator may remove Bonuses and any associated winnings from your Account and, in serious cases, suspend or close your Account.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Available methods: Deposit options may include Visa/Mastercard, certain e-wallets such as Skrill/Neteller, and cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC. Availability varies by country and time and is displayed in your cashier section.
  • Offshore and UK banking risk: Because the Site is operated offshore and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, UK banks and card issuers may block or decline transactions to and from the Operator. Card deposits may therefore fail or be reversed, and success rates may change over time.

The Operator may adjust these limits, particularly for VIP players or for security reasons.

Crypto withdrawals are usually processed faster once KYC is complete, while bank transfers may take significantly longer. Additional verification or AML checks may extend processing by approximately 5 - 7 Business Days.

Fees, Chargebacks and Currency

  • Fees: The Operator may apply reasonable fees for specific Payment Methods (particularly certain bank transfers or crypto network fees). Any such fees will ordinarily be displayed in the cashier or deducted from the amount paid out.
  • Chargebacks and reversals: If a deposit is charged back, reversed, or otherwise cancelled, the Operator may deduct the relevant amount from your balance, void any associated winnings, and recover any negative balance arising from the chargeback.

Funds Management and Risk

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or void bets, or restrict access to the Services if it reasonably suspects or identifies (i) breach of these Terms, (ii) provision of false information, (iii) fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, (iv) bonus abuse, (v) chargebacks, or (vi) any other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Services.
  • Legal and regulatory obligations: The Operator may suspend or close Accounts where required by law, a court order, or regulatory or licensing authorities in Curaçao or other relevant jurisdictions.

User-Initiated Closure and Self-Exclusion

  • Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by using the tools available on the Site or by contacting customer support through the channels published on suprboss.com. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonuses) will be paid to you, subject to KYC and AML checks.

Effect of Termination

Dispute Resolution

  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any applicable mandatory consumer law giving you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive or, where relevant, non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
